This is the largest credit union in Thurston County. I have been a member for decades and the pros are: It has a lot of branches, many ATM machines and they generally are in working order. The Cons are: This credit union has gotten so large its more like a large National bank instead of being a credit union. It is a good place to obtain loans from especially car and RV loans.

I like Wendys as i always get food that is cooked to order. Not sitting under a heat lamp like some other fast food places. They offer very good chili, salads and sandwitches. They give a 10% senior discount without asking too.
PROS: Quick cheap, good food
CONS: Can be hectic at lunch time!

If you know exactly what you want and they have it at Safeway, you might as well go there, but if you need some professional assistance or want to talk with a wine expert, this is the place to go. The prices compare very favorably to other stores (Iโve checked), so youโre not paying a lot more to get good service. They also have the best cigar selection (a nice walk-in humidor) in Olympia with market prices as well. I go there if I want a special wine or cigar. They are happy to place special orders as well.

As a shoe fiend, I love a great price so that I can buy a few pairs instead of just one. I've never had a problem with quality and have a hard time justifying the price that most shoe stores charge. Payless always has a great selection and staff willing to make suggestions if you describe what you need. My only gripe is that the W sizes are less and less and almost seems like the W isn't as wide as before!
PROS: Great selection, price.
CONS: More W sizes please!
