I had an evaluation done at the end of July '09 and it is now almost Nov '09 and still no report has been written up. I paid $ 135 for a service that has still not been rendered! I have made numerous calls inquiring about when I might be expecting them to complete their duties in which I paid them for and I only get excuses for their incompetence. They are lazy. This is unacceptable to me and I do not recommended anyone go to them if they are in need of the type of service this place supposedly provides!!! Find some place that actually does what you pay them for. Pros: not a damn thing Cons: they are slow, unresponsive, lazy and incompedent
