we have been taking our vehicles here for a couple years now and they always are very friendly. They seem to give us comperable pricing to other auto service centers . We have never had any problems with them and they will work with you. We had a big job done on our suv and we needed it back the next day they pulled a few strings and made it happen !

I get the coupon for the oil change in the mail and it makes it almost cheaper than doing it myself. Although they will note any problems, there is never any pushiness to get it fixed there. Occasionally, there is a wait and you should probably make an appointment!

I have received excellent service from TCT. I have been with them for 10yrs now with different vehicles I own, and they have always been thorough with the job, and I always could get a question answered if I needed one. Their prices are competitive with other transmission shops, but their lifetime warranty is the BEST of all. When you take a vehicle in to have work done- you cant blame the shop if something else ends up a problem later. You went to a transmission shop because you and your husband obviously knew you had a transmission problem otherwise you would have gone to a general automotive shop if you felt that there was some other problem, right- get it transmission shop they do transmissions, that was your complaint that's why you took it there. Oh and come on, let's be real, why is it their job to remove the face plate on your radio, you own the vehicle take the responsibilty on that(please). You're lucky they attempted to do that, some places could care less if your radio gets taken, you need to be thankful and stop your complaining, are you always this unhappy and have to finds things to complain about when it comes to businesses or is this what makes you happy. Transmissions are not an easy job either, so next time if a week is too long to fix your vehicle, do it yourself! Have a Happy Day.

Great place to shop for tires for trucks and SUV's. My husband hates to go shopping but Tire Dogs made it a pleasent experience. The prices were great and their selection was good. They had 4 used tires that would normally run $160 each new, for only $200 for a good used set. Parking was not a problem and it was very easy to find. The employees were outstanding and very knowledgeable. They also offered great sales on new tires.

This is the finest place in Olympia to get tires. They provide the best service you can imagine. They hold sales several times a year and you can count on the advice and products they give you. They stand behind all of their products and make sure you are satisfied. They will check your tires for pressure and your batteries free of charge. Also they have free popcorn and coffee in their well maintained waiting rooms. I`ve purchased brake services, batteries and tires for decades from them and am very pleased with them. They have locations in other states, so no matter where you travel you can get service from them. I`ve used the downtown,Tumwater, and Shelton sites but find the Hawks Prairie location best for parking and my Motor home. They are supportive of group car washes and are a fine supporting community member

This establishment is very good for all your automotive needs. They are very effient and charge less than other places especially dealers. I have had muffler work and lube, oil, filter services done there and they are quick and do the job right. I usually wait for my vehicles and they get right on the assignments and do not hold you up if waiting. Very professional and I highly rebcommed them.

I was very pleased with GG. Not only did she arrive on time for our meeting, my dog and cat feel in love with her instantly. She followed all my instructions exactly and gave my babies alot of love. I will use her again in the future.
