This store is a great place to go for quality footwear. I have purchased boots in this store and they always lasted and held up to the riggers of the construction trade. The prices are high compared to the superstores however you get personalized service and a great warranty on your purchase.

As a shoe fiend, I love a great price so that I can buy a few pairs instead of just one. I've never had a problem with quality and have a hard time justifying the price that most shoe stores charge. Payless always has a great selection and staff willing to make suggestions if you describe what you need. My only gripe is that the W sizes are less and less and almost seems like the W isn't as wide as before!
PROS: Great selection, price.
CONS: More W sizes please!

They provide superior timely service and currently have two locations including another at 2615 Capital Mall drive. They have pickup service by phone or on-line. They do your dry cleaning when promised and your items are never damaged. If you forget and leave items or money in pockets they see you get it returned to you.
