We dropped off our car 2 WEEKS AGO and are still waiting to hear back from them as to what's wrong with the vehicle...they haven't even fixed it...just waiting to hear what is wrong with it. I've heard that these folks are the best in town and the most honest, which is why we're patiently waiting...but, seriously...2 weeks?!?!?! Still waiting...

C&F has been doing all repairs and maintenance on our vehicles since 2002 after a bad experience at another shop in town. They do our warranty work and take care of all the paperwork, never over-charge, and there are never surprises. They do what they say they are going to do at a competitive price. Repair and maintenance is done in a timely manner, so I am usually not without a vehicle for more than an afternoon. They will pick up and drop off my vehicle at my home, knowing that I have two small children and getting out of the house, especially in bad weather, can be time-consuming and a hassle.
