I recently decided to take some fitness classes at my university and needed new shoes. A friend of mine who runs marathons directed me to this place and I was so glad I listened to her. The staff was so friendly and helped me out completely. They didn't try to sell my items I didn't need or want and they answered my questions honestly. The prices were reasonable and I will return next time I need shoes.

I always look to see what bike will be in the window at Greenlee's. A racer bike, tough mountain bike or custom four person bike. One day I saw it. Pink, vintage look, big handle bars. A real girlie girl bike. I knew it was for me. Greenlee's staff are well trained and can help you find the bike style and size that is perfect for you too. Prices are average, but they are super helpful here and you will get great service.

Earth Traverse sells everything you'll need for your outdoor adventure. I bought my first mountain bike here and they still have a great brand selection. Outside you'll see a plethora of kayaks, canoes and rafts. You'll need these to enjoy all our nearby rivers and lakes. The gear selection is what you'd expect, North Face, Columbia, Patagonia, etc. As with many good local retailers, if they don't have it, they can probably get it for you.

What DON'T they have at Dicks' ? You can get everything you need for every sport you can think of and some that I would NEVER have thought of ! Prices are not the cheapest, but to be able and go somewhere and get everything right in one place, that's worth it. Parking is ok, not the best, and of course it's in West Knoxville, so daytime hours are the best to go there. Very helpful staff also.
