This is a relatively new hotel, located conveniently near I-40, but just far enough away that it isn't noisy. ANd it is nice just to get outside of Knoxvile but still be within 15 minutes of it at the same time! The front desk clerk was polite and cheerful, the place is well maintained, and the room was spacious and clean. The room had a king bed, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Not bad for $70. The free continental breakfast was just ok, but whaddaya want for a cheap hotel breakfast you know??? We'd stay here again, for sure and I think we already have plans to take the kids here for a break away from home
