I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was nervous about it and shared my concerns with the oral surgeon. He really helped relieve my fears and answered the many questions I had. His office even called my home the day after I had my wisdom teeth removed to see how I was doing! I thought that extra kindness was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place!

Went as a kid after passing out at lunch and falling and hitting my head causing a ceisure. This hospital brings joy to all the sick and hurt kids! Staff gets on childs level to help them out! Game systems are available in the lobby which keps kids occupied! Great experience all around! One of Tennessee pride and joys! Great Job!

I had an ingrown toenail that was starting to really bother me. When I went it for my appointment, I was taken back right away. The nurse was very friendly as was the doctor when he came in. I needed to have a procedure done and I was very nervous about it but the doctor really helped calm me down and it was over before I knew it. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's just an upbeat place especially for a doctor's office.

My husband and I both had a very good experience with Dr. Mark W. Jackson with a routine testing.
His office staff was very professional and caring. Dr. Jackson himself was kind and patient with explanations. I was in the waiting room while my husband had his procedure and I watched as Dr. Jackson came to each person and told them how their relative or friend had done and went into great detail with explanations.

I Love going to Dr.Langford. All of the nurses are very nice, and so is he. He loves to joke around with you. He is awesome at what he does! You know how sometimes when you have an appointment with your doctor (or dentist )you don't want to go, well not with Dr.Langford. I always look forward to going to his office, because it is actually fun! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr.Langford!

Dr. K. Newton is a wonderful progressive and open OBGYN that is wonderful to have a patient relationship with. I have seen her for a pregnancy as well as post-natal care and even for surgery. Her bedside manner is caring and she is never rushed or in a hurry to get to the next patient. I think another important attribute is her office staff. They are very caring and personable. After just a few office visits they were social and helpful with any questions I had.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and they are awesome. Diana is the head pharmacist and has won numerous awards for her excellence in service and commitment. She is so smart and knows her stuff. You can go in and tell her what kind of personal health issue you have and she's got a cure for you (non prescription of course), shes got the cure for everything from hemmoroids to dry skin. One call and your refills are waiting for you when you arrive. Their hours are long, 9am to 9pm most days during the week. Wednesday is Senior Citizen day at Bilo so there are a lot of them there filling their scripts that day so it takes a little longer but definitly worth it.

Dr. Reath and his staff are the best! From the minute I walked into the office, they made me feel comfortable and helped me get over my nervousness. They explained everything in a very professional manner, and let me know what to expect. The breast implant sizers are genius and helped my to really communicate the look I wanted to achieve. And my results are incredible.
Dr. Reath even called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was doing alright. I recommend hims for anyone considering having plastic surgery.
