All 3 of my children has been going to Dr. Pagett on Weisgarber
every since they were born. She has won numerous awards because
she is such an outstanding physician!! Me and my children love her
to death! The only downside is the fact that once they put you in a room,
the wait time is very long. Usually, we only have to sit in the waiting
room for about 5 minutes, but once you get a room, it takes forever.
Other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Pagett to anyone!

I went to this place right up until I turned 18. The doctors were always really friendly and never seemed impatient when I was hesitant to get a shot. They have a sick side and a well side so you don't have to worry about your child getting sick when they are just there for a checkup. The waiting room is really nice and kid friendly and the wallpaper in the different rooms is really fun looking. I used to love getting a different room each time I went so I could see all the different patterns.

My son goes to KPA at their Cross Park Office. This group saw him in the hospital and was highly recommend by friends. On our first visit, we had a guided tour by one of the nurses who explained all the policies and procedures and how the visits would go. They have a dry erase board in the hallway so that you can see where you are in line. For the first year, they recommend that you see several of their docs until you find one that you love. Then you can make specific appointments with him/her. They have a well side and a sick side which is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Robert Barnes at Knoxville Pediatric Assoc. for over 5 years now. They were recommended to me after our previous pediatrician moved out of town. The offices on Weisgarber are nice and clean. There are two separate entrances for Well and Sick patients. The waiting rooms could use a brighter makeover and toys and books should be added. Well visits should always be scheduled in advance as this office books up quickly. I do often have extensive waiting times for well visits (difficult with a cranky 2 year old) so be prepared and bring your own snacks & entertainment. But if your child is sick, they should get quick and appropriate care. The staff are friendly and highly qualified. Dr. Barnes himself goes above and beyond when it comes to the welfare of your child. If tests results aren't returned quickly - he'll go find them. He will take his time with you once he is there (explaining the wait) and any parent can appreciate that.
