Called to schedule a repair on my BMW. Got an appointment for the following week when I was back in town. Took my car in only to be asked what I was bringing it for. They then told me they didn't have the part in stock and would have to order it. Why did I bother calling in the first place? So much wasted time and effort. What a hassle. They then gave my insurance company a low estimate and got a bill for a larger amount. Their explanation was the insurance company didn't want the cost of installation materials included... just parts and labor. Give me a break. I wasn't born yesterday. Too bad we have no other choice for BMW service in Knoxville, TN.

When we decided to look for a new car, we went to several different dealerships before we decided on a BMW. The location is beautifully designed and has been kept looking nice. The salesman was not pushy and talked to us like we were people instead of another sale. We made several trips to the lot before we made a purchase was were treated respectfully each time. There are also added bonuses once a purchase has been made. The waiting room has free drinks and snacks, they provide you with a free BMW to drive whenever they are doing service to your car if you ask. They even rented me a car once because they didn't have any service cars left.
