This customer rolled a window down, destroyed the tint. Then when told to bring it in to be redone, she no showed twice on her appointment. Thinks its ok to set appointments and just show up if she wants to... I told her that she was inconsiderate of my time and business. She had set these on her days off, yet she tried to use a work excuse. Offered to let her drop the vehicle off, but that still was not good enough... Totally acted like, she didn't care, that I was to just fix her window. Since being in business in 1988, I expect to get some customers like this occasionally.......................... Part of business. Pros: In business since 1988, (Shop is on property that I own)

Had to cancel appointment due to being called in to work to care for a patient to and he threw a fit about me costing him money (because it was warranty work and he did a poor job). He also stated that I was only thinking about myself. Lief (owner) is very rude and is extremely belittling. Pros: Fits you in quick if it is not warranty work Cons: Rude, does it in his garage at home

Guy I used before went out of business on Alcoa hwy. Thanks for the great JOB LEIF! Pros: Fast Job, good price Cons: Had to wait a day to get in.
