Ask for Susan, she is the one we use all the time and she is terrific. My husband and I are cruiseholics, we got addicted to cruise vacations for quite a few years now and were using internet to do research and shopping. We were referred to this agent by another cruise lover friend about three years ago and now we are their loyal customers. I usually communicate with her via email mix with phone calls. I believe this agency do busines via phone and email only anyway and don't think they have a storefront. Susan once told me they are a very small agency do business mostly by referrals and past clients. She is quite knowledgeable and you can feel she really try to find you a good fit vacation instead of just push the sales. Her business card has a title MCC, not sure what that means but she said it's a title for certified crusie travel agent. Oh by the way, she speaks Mandarin too. What I like the most about her is the service, she provides very useful information about the cruise I am interested and also give me some suggestions of other similar iteneraries and ships, and their prices are just excellent, I have compared the price they quoted me with the internet prices and other agencies, theirs were always one of the lowest.

Our family has been doing business with Kelly Parker for more than 20 years. We've been on a couple of the hosted tours we heard about on his radio show, too. The agents in the office are polite and thorough. We would not consider using another local agent for a cruise booking. We shopped their prices on line and could not find better prices for NCL Alaska cruises.

I had an irritating experience with these people when I had to rent a car from Enterprise. I was made to wait for an hour for pick up, another 30 mins for getting the car cleaned up and assigned to me. Total waste of time, though the person who did my reservation offered a quarter tank of free gas for the trouble. Well, yeah at the current price of gas, it is a good thing but I lost something far more valuable (time) and I would've been happier if I didn't have to wait for an hour and a half. That quarter tank of gas earned them two more stars than what I would've given as a rating for their service without the free gas.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions while visiting friends. The hotel is next to the Freeway. Because of there location, I always request a room on the far side of the building so I'm not facing the freeway. The hotel has a small indoor pool. The rooms are always clean. Nothing fancy. One of my favorite features are their pillows. They are very comfy!!!! If I could, I'd take one home with me!

La Qunita has a lot of hotels in all the states. We stayed in one by Seattle recently. The hotel was newer and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the conteintal breakfast was really good. The rooms were comfy, and quiet. The only down point was the jacuzzi was luke warm and when I complained, the manager was put out by my comments and instead of an apology I got excuses. I would still stay there again, it was a great location, and well kept.

I have used this travel agency for quite some time now to book travel for many people in the firm that I work for. The travel agency works through email as well as phone so they can always be reached. If the immediate agent that you are working with is out of the office, you still will hear back in a guarenteed time of two hours, that's incredible. Two ladies hand delievered my statement to me from Kirkland and came to introduce themselves. They are a very good firm to work with and have many bubbly agents. The only downpart would be the service charge, but how else will they make their money?!

Mail Max is a great place to use if you need to ship something by either USPS (United States Postal Service), Fed Ex, or UPS. They have supplies and packaging materials available for purchase, such as boxes, foam peanuts, padded envelopes and such, or you can bring it in ready to go.
The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the different services. They also have postal mailboxes for you to rent. Two black & white copiers are available (although it seems one is usually out of order.)
On the downside, the surcharge seems to be a little high, but I guess they have to make their profit somehow. And the service is a little slow, they are in no rush, but do make sure they get it right. I find it a great spot to mail the odd and end large box, but find myself in line at the post office for routine mail needs.
