I had a bunch of broken spokes on my commuter bike, and they rebuilt my wheel for a fair price, quick turn-around, gave me a call when it was ready, and will true the spokes again for free in a month, after I've broken in the wheel. They were nice about both my prior abuse of the bike and my lack of actual bike knowledge. Ample street parking. Big, clean store. Great east side bike option, since it seems like most of the bike shops are in Seattle proper.

Located in downtown Kirkland, Montlake Bicycle Shop is really easy to locate. Parking is ample on the street. They offer high end bicycles and bicycle apparel/accessories. They also can provide you with a rental bicycle. But I believe their main business comes in the form of repairs and services. The shop is loaded with people who really know their bicycle services. They have been able to easily fix and maintain our mountain bike with efficiency and speed. Some services are immediately available, while others you might have to leave your bicycle for a couple of days. Their prices are extremely reasonable.
