This is not a fancy place, but it doesn't need to be. The food is good and the service is friendly. Our salads were fresh. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs - the pasta and sauce was fine and the meatballs (only 4) were spicy. Our other dish was canneloni, which was good, but a little bland. I have to say I was a little jealous of the pizzas and grinders being ordered by other tables. They looked and smelled tasty. Interesting menu note: barbecue spareribs and chicken - with spaghetti. Might have to try that.

Turkey and pastromi at the best! dont eat inside it is kind of gross but defiently order out! amazing! call ahead to and order, otherwise its like a 15 min wait! oh yea...QUALITY INGREDIENTS!

The only reason Acropolis is getting two starts from me instead of one is because the food is very tasty. The pizza is made Chicago-style, which is rare to find in this area. The grinders have good flavor and they seem to use quality ingredients. However, the service can be great one time, and horrendous the next. It's always slow, but at least sometimes the server is friendly. The bathrooms are filthy - ALL THE TIME! No matter when I've gone in there, the bathrooms are barely useable because of the amount of grime and mysterious stains in the stalls and on the counter. I shutter to think what the mens' room looks like if the ladies' room is this bad. For these reasons I will recommend the food, but don't bother putting yourself through the pain of eating at the restaurant. So not worth it.

Our family used to frequent this place on a regular basis. They offer the best grinders (veggie grinder for me!) and their pizzas are great to. The staff is friendly the food very consistent. It isn't fancy, it isn't pretentious and by no means is it healthy, but if you want a relaxed atmosphere or great take-out, this is an option I would put at the top.
Best blue cheese dressing too :) Too bad my diet won't allow it anymore :)

Yeah, I said fabulous...one of my good friends used to own this place before they sold it off and moved back to Greece. They serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches, soups...and some other misc stuff. If you drop in, it's across from Park Place in Kirkland. You HAVE to try their toasted grinder sandwiches, my personal favorite is the pastrami with jalapenos and all the toppings...EXCELLENT
