I've had my knife sharpened at a lot of places -- and searched for sharpening that brought my knives back to their original performance when they were new. Epicurean Edge is the only place that I've ever found where the knives were MUCH sharper than they were when new . . . and the edge lasted a long time after having it done. They were not cheap, but by far the best I've found anywhere.
Pros: Extremely sharp knives, quick turn around (ready next day), very knowledgeable about knives
Cons: none that I could see

We had Cardinal install a central air conditioner (Carrier) along w/ other components over 2 yrs. ago. Rory and his team were very professional, prompt, clean, and timely. The system was installed as promised and everything worked. I've recommended Cardinal to neighbors and will gladly do so in the future.

The paint they use is also EXTREMELY high quality, if kind of pricey. I recommend going if you need any design consultations. They have everything from paint, to color schemes, to hardware, to window treatments. It's a full desing store.

I've had very good experiences when I've visited the show room. The problem is trying to get a return call from a salesrep or manager when something doesn't go right.
Their sales reps are also competitive with each other, and think nothing of letting a customer of one get a bad experience, so that they can "save" the business.
Pros: Great products
Cons: Poor Service
