This moderate sized clinic has really modern computer systems supporting my prescriptions and records. My doctor even printed out my office visit note at the end of my visit to send me to a specialist, and faxed my prescriptions to my drugstore. They're ahead of the curve!

I highly recommend Dr. Wu. She is very thorough, caring, and up-to-date. She spent a lot of time with me. I don't know much about the clinic generally, but Dr. Wu is terrific.

My family also used Lakeshore clinic for at least 20 years. With my daughter going into the ER tonight as a result of the run around and poor treatment she got at the "new" lakeshore clinic, I would now say I wouldn't take my dog there. Dr Wu was our doctor. Even she just seems to crank people through with superficial diagnoses and no followup. Its sad what has happened to that place.

Until last February, I had been a client of Lakeshore Clinic for nearly 30 years as was my extended family. We originally were patients of Dr. Lindemeyer until he retired. We then saw Dr. O'Connor until he retired. However, about the same time another HMO apparently purchased the clinic and changed their accounting practices. Part of that change involved splitting our single FAMILY account into several INDIVIDUAL accounts which the new HMO neglected to tell us about. This, unfortunately, triggered a series of events which resulted in the need for my entire family to change health care providers. While we were very happy with the old Lakeshore Clinic staff, dealing with their front office staff left us with an overwhelmingly negative opinion of the new organization. We are now with another clinic nearby and are very pleased with the results.

Dr. Chao-Ching Wu works at Lakeshore Clinic in Totem Lake, Kirkland. She is a terrific doctor who is extremely willing to spend time with you to see how you are doing, both medically and otherwise. She involves you in the medical process, by telling you about what is going on, providing treatment options, and allowing you to make an informed decision. She's great!

Lakeshore Clinic is a large medical office with physicians of many specialties. From primary care to urgent care, from pediatricians to internal medicine they have numerous physicians on staff to take care of your entire family. I love being able to see the same physician for myself who is also a board certified pediatrician and can see my children at the same time. Evergreen Hospital is their main surgical center. The staff seems to work smoothly together coordinating, physician phone calls and charts. I've never had a problem with their billing department. They belong to many insurance carriers.
