Hidden behind Baskin Robbins, I have really been impressed with Rose Hill Cleaners. There is usually never a line- and it is easy to park there in the morning for pick up and drop off. The prices are average for Kirkland. The staff is friendly and quick. My clothes have always come back neatly pressed and have never had a problem with stain removal.

Dana's Housekeeping is not really a maid service, in the sense of say Maid Brigade. In a typical maid service, the cleaners come in packs, with equipment, and follow essentially a script for cleaning. What Dana's does (or at least did while we used them) is arrange a specific cleaner to come over and spend about a half day on generalized cleaning.
This goes much better if you prepare a checklist of what you want done. And give it to the actual cleaner - the staff at Dana's won't pay any attention to it. Also, TIP your Dana's cleaner, because they don't get paid much - about half of the cleaning fee, which is less expensive than any other local service. And lastly, don't be afraid to ask for a different one. They vary in quality by a lot.
Once you've "broken in" a cleaner, they can be very effective. Unfortunately, turn-over is pretty high. This may be an industry wide problem, but you notice it more when it's one cleaner who has to learn the process than when using a more traditional several-cleaner crew where only one of the employees is new at any time.
