Susan's buffet table's are amazing. The food is solid, never trendy and the presentation is so classic. I don't understand all the references to "catholic" (sic) events from critics. I am Catholic, have been to many events catered by Susan given by the Archbishop, and everyone is happy.

I am curious who the critics are - as what they say is completely unfounded but wreaks of competitive jealousy and revenge...Susan is an amazing cook and knows this industry like the back of her hand. Her advice is solid, her choices reliable and her crews always dependable - not to mention that you can't beat her prices. Perhaps this is why she doesn't advertise - she doesn't have to! No question about it...spectacular food and service at a great price!

FYI!! Arch B's review may be somewhat tainted as she was caught one night smoking illegal drugs in the rear parking lot of an event that was catered by SMC. SMC then reacted by correcting the situation and reporting those involved and terminating contact...this may explain such a review by a bitter employee and her friends that followed with similar smear reviews! This is pathetic. To set the record straight, no Tiffany ever hired SMC in 2008! These smears are unfounded and outright lies. "Arch B" you are a weight challenged liar who has some explaining to do...perhaps in confession?!

When I was planning my wedding 2 years ago, I chose a location that had a list of preferred providers. I contacted the top 3 based on a tasting event, and Susan was the best combination of great food, beautiful presentation and reasonable pricing. We knew she would follow through, and the food was even more incredible than we could have imagined. We had her prepare the food for the rehearsal dinner as well, and we received rave reviews from all of our guests for how great the food was. Several people mentioned it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, more like a great restaurant experience. Susan has a real love for food and entertaining, and she is a wonderful person to boot. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a caterer.
