When i was down there watching them groom they were not gentle with the dog she was pulling the dogs leg and when i asked about priceing they wanted to charge seperate for everything and the place i go to now its all in one package. The girl even said that they charge extra for there bad behavior that seems out of place shouldnt they be trained in handling a dog why pay extra. and you have to ask them to do everything you want done to your dog. Plus they make them wait in the kennal and stay up to 4 hours. The place i go to does it in 2 hours and no kennals your dog gets a individual apointment and they call you when there done

My dog's appointment was at 8:30am. By 4:30pm she was still not finished. I sent my husband down to pick her up, whether she was ready or not. They gave him the WRONG DOG! The other dog was almost identical to ours. A few minutes passed and he realized he had someone else's dog. Needless to say, we will never return to this mediocre grooming salon.

I visited Petco for the first time today, with my daughter. We don't have any pet and wanted to get some ideas. I found Petco to be a very nice pet store: they have a lot of knowledge sheets about various pets, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a Betta fish as our first pet, but I'll definitely be back for more.
