I paid $250 to Costco to have my LCD TV installed. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 5 pm today. At 5, they hadn't arrived and I called - was told 8 pm! At 9pm, I called to ask where they were and the offices of the local installer were CLOSED! In summary, they did not even show up and did not have the courtesy to call me to let me know. I wasted an entire day off work waiting for NOTHING. Yes, they were a contractor, but COSTCO hired them, and Costco is only as reputable as the people it hires to do the work I paid Costco for! Cons: NO service, even worse than bad service!

I have shopped Costco in Tempe, AZ since it opened over 10 years ago and the employees and quality of products are above reproach. You won't find a more friendly staff, and the return policy is second to none. Anyone that has had a problem with this company, probably has problems where ever they shop, and just likes to complain.

My wife is an interior designer and quite knowledgeable of furniture brands and quality and I am an avid woodworker and quite knowledgeable of furniture construction. We both agree that Costco caries good quality furniture brands and at lower than average pricing. We have furnished a lot of our home from Ethan Allen (at high prices) but in light of the fact that no furniture manufacturer makes furniture as good as in the past, the entire spectrum of new furniture that can be purchased in today??????s market is somewhat inferior to older furniture. This has to be considered when looking at furniture from companies such as Ethan Allen or from any retailer of other brands, be it Costco or other locations. I have furnished my office with quality brand furniture from Costco that would have cost much more at other locations. I highly recommend shopping at Costco.

CuisineLimo went to Kirkland Costco about 10:30 today. As with any Costco at any time the place was loaded people. Our Delivery service needed Starbucks Frappuccino coffee drinks. Costco is reliable when you need lots of on thing; for a catering, party, event or any other reason. All in all the starbucks coffee was easy to find quickly. We made it back to the delivery driver??????s base in downtown Bellevue and gave drivers the drinks by the case. Note: That's a great thing about the Starbucks Frappuccino, wrapped tightly in 12 packs. Cuisine Limousine can deliver the starbucks with out dealing with 12 single bottles or often we deliver the 12 4 packs that is risky carrying those in to a corporate office building or medical dining room. Everyone watches, we'll been lucky to find great drink carriers that the Bellevue Drink center has, but a few years ago was another story. Any way Thank you Costco your Seattle based company is a valuable business resource. Yea; After all the Starbuck went out for lunch deliveries, I've got Caramel, Coffee, Mocha and Vanilla starbucks small size 9.5 oz. I've drank two I think these coffee's make you thirsty? Just a note about time two of us made it to Costco and back to cuislimo downtown Bellevue in 38 Minutes.

In the last 2 years, we have purchased a trundle bed, a toddler bed, soccer and baseball chairs with ottomans, mattresses, several paintings, a glass art piece, a bedding set and leather arm chairs. Quality depends on the manufacturer of course, but all of the items we have purchased have been really sturdy, solid wood and have held up great. Of course, you have to choose solid furniture if you want that quality, so if you pick mdf or lesser quality, it obviously isn't going to be as sturdy, that old saying you get what you pay for is still true in this day and age. I am not an easy person to impress, but I have always loved looking through their selection and the prices have predominantly beed a better deal than other furniture stores. I have never thought their selection limited, but I guess that depends on what you are looking for, they can't have a ton of everything.

To the person who purchased the bed set from Costco. My husband and I purchased a platform bed from Ikea, MALM, and a memory foam mattress from Sam's Club. We were never told we needed a box spring, nor did we need one. We've had our bed for about six months now and I love it. Unless your son is 500 lbs., you don't need a box spring. So, those people were trying to cover their mistake and poor quality merchandise.I left my rating a 1 for the rudeness of the Costco employee and poor customer service, and also because we don't have a Costco Home here in MI.

No may 19 I decided to give my son a new Kona Platform bed from Costco Home.I spent$1379.74,including matress & delivery,Two days later, it collapsed. I got a new side railing and a week later it collapsed again.I got a third railing and reinforced the very poorly designed and even poorer glue job,Several employees were helpful, Natalie in Customer relation,Aaron on the floor and Elliot on the late shift.Then there was Steve,the heigth of incompetence,he told me it was my fault the bed failed because..I had not used a Boxspring. I had bought a memory foam mattress, nobody said anything about a boxspring. Then Katrine from Customer relation came onto the play,a very sad tragedy, she told me not to argue with her or her Expert..or my return would be more costly and she would delay it? Any way we agreed to get the bed returned for a full refund of the purchase price and half of the delivery charge... and they would pick it up, After Costco had picked it up.. Steve and Katrine called me they could not issue a credit till all the hardware that was missing was returned according to Katrine several bolts and other hardware, Fact: 4 nuts were taped (scotch tape) on the bedframe before they picked it up..no bolts or other hardware ,etc etc.I found the baggie at my front door, obviously I had not taped it on securely. Katrine was rude and belligerant.I had to return..whatever hardwre or she would not issue a refund.When I got there, Katrine sent Steve to deal with me. He promptly gave me a refund for $1289.35..I could not accept.I had kept the mattress and only wanted the refund for the bed.So then I had to sign another bill for $653.39. the cost of the mattress. Costco has some good people and some incredible NIN-compoops
