Steve Belew, manager of AAA Roofing/Skylights, and his team (two other guys) did great work for me and my husband. They installed four skylights for us in one day. We only had them do skylight installation and no drywall/finish work, so I can't say what the cost would be for them to do all the work, but I'm confident it would be at a competitive price. Steve visited our house before the job and gave us an accurate estimate. He kept up good communication via email, answering my many questions, giving me a detailed estimate, then a workorder/invoice that was always up-to-date in reflecting any changes I requested along the way.
Steve was able to give us a discount on the retail price of the skylights. If he doesn't mention it in his estimate, you might want to ask about it. He was so nice to work with that I can't imagine he'd deny you there.

I have visited the seattle branch of Bright Horizon.
It is a great day care. Unfortunately, they did not have a spot for my baby so I ended up quiting my job to stay home with my baby. After looking at the facility they have, my husband and I did not even want to look at other day care. Bright Horizon is so popular that they have two year long of a waiting for infants. They have a great curiculums for all ages, weekly meetings with the teachers and clean facility. I highly recommend this day care. I personnaly can only trust this daycare. I was just not fortunate enough to get a spot.

This business has been around for a very long time, and they really know what they are doing. I bought an air purifier from Aircare Systems to help with my allergy problem. Sara recommended an air cleaner that cost a lot less than I had intended to spend, and worked a lot better than I had expected! I bought an Austin Air, and it has helped me tremendously!! They really know what they are talking about when they recommend an air purifier. Sara was also very pleasant and answered every question that I had. She has terrific customer service skills. I highly recommend this business!!!

Last week during the "lovely" windstorms we had just prior to the snow and ice I had a disturbing home owner experience. One of my neighbors was kind enough to run over to my door to let me know that a skylight was hanging over the edge of my roof held on only by a gutter that it had lodged into. My house is a little over 3 stories tall so this was a BIG problem.
Patrick Howe, owner of Artisan, is a contractor that I recommend frequently when helping out clients who are about to go on market or who've just bought a home. In this case I was very happy to have him as a good contact because he luckily was near my area (I'm on Phinney, he was near Greenlake) and he happened to have one of his tallest ladders on his truck.
He and a couple of his crew came over, climbed up that tall ladder (I'm scared of heights), and they secured not only the one skylight that popped off like a bottle cap they also secured the other 2 on top of my house. Apparently the builder that did this house never had the skylights secured to the roof. I've been lucky for 4 1/2 years that they haven't blown off sooner.
Like I always say, work with professionals, pay them well and it will pay off for you in the end. Goodness knows my good relationship with Patrick led him to act swiftly when my house was at risk of being pounded by more rain and then the following day the freezing temperatures and snow.

I get these wonderful people who come into my office once and month and perfect everything in the kitchen, hand me a quick receipt, and they are gone. It is the most convient form of refreshment for a business. They will come in and stock all of the coffee, equal, sugar, creamers, and stirrers. They also offer a water filtration system that we don't have to bother with filling up bottles or refilling jugs. This business is ideal for a company who does not have time to run to the store for petty things.

I've used SEBI on many occasions for my real estate clients and before I even became an agent they were the company that did inspections on the 3 homes I've owned locally. In January they did an inspection for a client of mine and, as usual, they were very thorough in their discovery. This time it was for new construction of a large home in the Greenlake area. It's important that people do an inspection on new homes just the same as older homes because sometimes things do get missed.
In this case there was a bit of insulation lacking against an interior wall that accessed an area of the attic space. This is being addressed by the builder. We also found several other small items such as doors that didn't latch properly, a small leak that had occurred during construction (it was repaired), garage doors that didn't work exactly as expected (they're being adjusted) and an adjustment was necessary on a stove burner (too high of a flame). There were some other items as well but I'm mostly showing that it's still necessary and worth it to have the expense paid up front to find these kinds of things. For my clients there would have been around $5k of costs to do all these fixes themselves over time (or more) so by spending $550 to get the inspection done we're having the builder finish up these items before closing.
The other benefit is that these folks also will provide suggestions for maintenance over time so it's a valuable tool for a homeowner to walk through and ask questions and to see where all the shut offs are in the home should an emergency arise.
SEBI also provides commercial inspections as well with a staff large enough to break down into specialty areas - electrical, plumbing, exterior, and more.

I had a few windows in my house that were foggy! They came out, gave me a free estimate that was very reasonable, and came back in 4 days and did an excellent install. They really know what their doing. It didnt even look like anything was changed except I could now see through the glass. Im also gonna have them do a giant frameless shower door for my master bathroom.

They had a better rate than Aqua Quip and were much nicer, faster to come out and had great follow-through. Ryan was great with communication and proper paperwork. He even made sure to set everything up so we could use our hot tub that night. When the repair needed a minor adjustment, I was worried about another charge for a second trip out, but unlike other services, Eastside Hot Tub came right back out, fixed everything immediately and did not charge me a trip or labor charge! Quality, and integrity! What a good company to do business with again!
