Avoid this establishment at all costs. The owner Herb is sketchy and his accomplice Rose the bartnender is also one to be avoided. Leave a bad tip and paying with credit card?? BEWARE, they will charge your card after you leave to get what they think is due them. I had a chat with a Sherrif who told me the owner Herb doesn't always play by the rules and its not the first time he has heard about the Kirkland Bar using their "Old West" tactics of getting what they think is owed them or bending the rules or laws. Pros: Nothing positive about this place until it is sold to a new owner Cons: Everything
