After reading reviews, I was a little apprehensive about shopping there. I called first and asked if this was the place that offered the free use of their die-cut machines on Mondays. The person I spoke with was VERY cheerful, friendly, and helpful. She welcomed me to come down and use their machines for free. When I visited the store I was greeted by two employees and I was very pleased with how I was treated, and how helpful they were when I had product questions. I cut several shamrock shapes out for my cards for FREE and was delighted to have such a good experience. Their selection of scrap products is amazing and there is ample space to work on projects in the back. I would highly recommend this place.

I have stopped going to Scrapbook Nook because the last two times I went in there looking for certain items, they were out of them and they acted like I was bothering them asking for these items. They suck at there customer service and are rude acting. I even delt with one of the owners at one of my visits. She acted like she was to busy for me. I was not thrilled.

I went to the scrapbook nook today ready to spend spend spend! I have heard nothing but great stuff about the store, well the stuff they sell. And today I learned first hand how many great items they have! But I asked for some kind of help I felt like I was being a pain. Then there was something that my sister and I was looking for (aunt paper and stickers) and we just could not find it. So she went up to ask for it. Lady says yeah we sell it. Then went back to what she was doing. I went up there when I was checking out and asked her if she could look because I really wanted to buy some. She said I know where it is and I know we have any. Needless to say I was disappointed at the service and not too sure if I'll go back. Thanks!

I've always enjoyed going to Scrapbook Nook. I LOVE their kid playing section. The kids are occupied and aren't getting into things, and I can take my leisurely time enjoying the store. I love their paper selection, as well as embellishments. I've never had any problems with the staff there and seem very willing to help when I've had a question. 2 thumbs up!

This is one of my favorite scrapbook stores. I can always count on them for great ideas, the latest papers and products, and friendly staff. There is a play area for my kids to play while I shop. Kind of crowded in there, so don't bring a stroller, but there is so much product to look at, make sure you have lots of time to spend looking!

I enjoy shopping at the Scrapbook Nook in Kent because they pack a lot of good scrapbooking supplies (especially stickers) into a small space. Recently, however, I went in to use their die cuts. Their policy is that you can't use the die cuts with a child, and you can't have a child in their play area while you use the die cuts. This drastically cuts down on the times I can go in to use their die cut (and hence my shopping there).

The only problem with scrapbooking supplies is that they are all so cute that the price becomes irrelevant. I find the products at Scrapbook Nook pricey, but no more so than other stores. And it has never stopped me from buying the perfect sticker or piece of paper. They offer great classes and a lovely "caged" area for kids so you can shop with both hands free.

This place has a great selection of paper for all of your scrapbook needs. They also have a full selection of stickers and just about everything you could need for scrap booking. There is also a nice play area for the kids to go while you shop the store and can feel more comfortable. Prices are about the same as most places, but sometimes you can find a deal.

Scrapbook Nook is my favorite scrapbook store. There is a great selection of products to choose from, and they always have the latest and greatest. Their selection of patterned papers rivals any store I've found, they have everything from stickers to cardstock to die cuts both for purchase as well as for use in the store to all the metal accessories that are so hot right now. They have a great little kids' area so you can let your kids play happily while you shop, and a crop area that is perfect for getting together with friends and creating together (but be advised, the kids area is not for use by people who are using the crop area). They have archives of magazines offered at a discount which is very useful as you can get exactly the issue you wanted if you missed it before. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; I look forward to seeing their smiling faces when I go in. They offer classes for the newest techniques and products as well. The Scrapbook Nook is a great store for any scrapbooker!

They have all the latest and greatest in the scrapbooking world! You can always find something fun and new. This is definitely the best scrap store in the area. Sometimes the sales staff can be standoffish and not very helpful. The owner is very nice so I try to overlook the others. They have a play area for kids which really helps because you will want to spend a lot of time here!
