And although you can find very expensive and rare items, if you are looking for that, what I sought was very reasonably priced and affordable! more

The staff @ Jerrys Rock and Gem are what is so sadly lacking in business today-friendly,no bones honest to goodness service.I will be their customer for life, even though I live in Lynnwood. more

Friendly, competent staff 11/8/2009

Good: The service was excellent. Their non-pressure approach was a pleasant experience. They answered my questions fully and provided me with some excellent suggestions. I was looking at rock tumblers and felt the price competitive. It was their service and willingness to spend the extra time with a customer with questions that sold me on the product.. Bad: What's not to like? I hope to return the next time I'm in the Seattle area.. Other: I seldom take the time to fill out comments for websites, but Jerry's is one business I feel very comfortable in supporting.. more

Jerry's Rock Shop - A La Boodles Minerals , Galena, Kansas 8/23/2006

A throw back to the Tri-State Joplin District days, reminds me of Boodles Minerals in Galena, Ks from the '60s. No spit and polish here, but the friendly and helpful staff plus the great selections make the stop well worth while. You could easily spend hours here browsing. more

Favorite Rock Store 8/4/2006

Everytime I come to Washington from Montana where I live, I have to go to Jerry's Rock Shop. It is one of my favorite places to go because of the large selection of rocks and miscellaneous jewelry. Jerry is very nice too and I love petting his cats! Sincerely, Sean Butler Jr. Laurel, MT more

Jerry's Rock Shop -- small inner store, with good selection and friendly staff 2/18/2006

I'm a rock nut, but it took me years to try this store out, just across from Cave Man Kitchens and about two blocks north of the Kent exit off 167. They have loose polished rocks, jewelry, gem stones in really neat rotating racks that you can use to design your own jewelry. Outside they have larger hunks that I didn't much look at. It looks scary to find parking from West Valley Hwy but when you try it, there's plenty of room. Their web site http://www.jerrysrockandgem.com/ says they have a lot of stuff that I never noticed since I'm always looking for carved creatures, necklaces, and unusual stones which they have in quantity. more
