They have amazing prices on some amazing cloths and shoes. They have name brand stuff for pretty cheap. Sometimes you have to look for a while but you there is some really great stuff there. The people who work there are nice and it is pretty easy to get in and out of. It is a cool place.

After reading reviews, I was a little apprehensive about shopping there. I called first and asked if this was the place that offered the free use of their die-cut machines on Mondays. The person I spoke with was VERY cheerful, friendly, and helpful. She welcomed me to come down and use their machines for free. When I visited the store I was greeted by two employees and I was very pleased with how I was treated, and how helpful they were when I had product questions. I cut several shamrock shapes out for my cards for FREE and was delighted to have such a good experience. Their selection of scrap products is amazing and there is ample space to work on projects in the back. I would highly recommend this place.

Children's Bookshop is crammed with supplies for teachers and homeschoolers. They carry workbooks, posters, wall decorations, art supplies and other teaching knick-knacks. They have a limited selection of children's books, although a larger bookstore might be a better bet for browsing in this area. They offer laminating services. There is a great Thomas the Tank Engine train table layout that will keep your children busy while you shop!

I first tried East Hill Cleaners because of their 20% coupon on the back of a grocery store bill, but their speedy and friendly service have kept me coming back. The owner is friendly and welcoming and my clothes come back looking great. They also offer mending. There is plenty of parking.

We found Forbes when we lived in Kent. At the time they were in a very small shop, but have since moved down the hill into a larger space. We have purchased about a half a dozen items from the company and their staff has always been nice and very helpful. I believe the owners are always in the store or at least every time that we have been there. They have a good selection of beautiful wood furniture, no icky, chipy press board here! I am big sufferer of buyers remorse and always seem to double, triple check my prices before and after each purchase. I have not once found a price cheaper on line or in a competitors store, in fact , most times I find that Forbes comes in well under their competitors prices. The only downside to the store is that it is not open on Sundays.

Focusing on both knitting and crochet, the staff can help you turn that jumble of stitches on your needles to a piece of perfection. Marketing gurus, this is the only full-color class catalog I've seen at a local knitting shop. It's certainly worth a visit.
