This was my most unpleasant restaurant experience EVER.
The service was terrible, the rolls are hard as a rock and hollow. The steak had no seasoning at all.
The waitress brought the wrong steak to us, which we didn't notice until we got the bill. Having ordered one of the cheapest steaks on the menu, they tried to charge us for the largest one they had (it was terrible anyway). We only took four or so bites of it then put the rest in a to-go box. When we told them of their mistake, they took our to-go box and showed it to the manager, the cook, and every other waitress in the place. It then took them 10 minutes to figure out which steak it was, and then another 10 to give our leftovers back to us (which after being poked and prodded by who knows, we left on the table when we left). They finally adjusted the bill because it had been their mistake only after loud complaining on our part.
We left my daughter's sippy cup on the table when we left, and while we were putting her in the car (a whole 30 seconds after we left the building), I remembered it and ran back inside to get it. They had already bussed the table and her full sippy cup had been thrown in the trash can.

Ive eaten here before, the foods ok, but the service needs a a lot of work. I stoped by April eighth following their Easter brunch. After taking a seat in the nearly empty bar, the bartender said she'd be right there. About a minute later, another customer walked in, someone the bartender knew. She took that customers order, and served him a drink. Then after coming over to take my order, she sets mine aside while she takes the order of another new customer that she knew, serves them their drink and strikes up a conversation.

Their menu specialty is their prime rib, none better on the south end especially for the price. The cook's never mess up the steaks, even when requested well done. Lots of garlic on the add on mushrooms and/or sauteed onions. Fresh turkey. Salad bar is average. Low-carb and vegetarian options. Rarely any wait. This is not a dress to impress sort of place, where your jeans day or night. Bar is a popular place.
