I recently had an interesting experience working with an older client. She was selling her home so she could move out of the country and needed help in sorting out all of the issues she'd need to organize before being able to go. Acting as her real estate agent we put together a plan for how to sell her home - we'd need to target developers since she had a single family home sitting in multi-family zoning. We were able to help her get an additional $200,000 out of her home by not selling it as a single family home. When we secured the contract we began helping our client with the search for a moving company that could handle international relocation. Enter Ace Relocation as the company that ended up being chosen out of a couple that she interviewed. Mark Johnson, the local account rep, was thorough and professional in his work and he helped my client with navigating a very difficult process. Thankfully my client had done some good initial homework but Mark was able to deftly handle the many issues that plagued the scheduling - including the short delay in closing the sale because of a buyer issue.
