I went here to use a coupon from the Kent Community Shopper for the meal for 4 and it is a great deal with enough food for 4. I am a spice wimp but I loved the red curry chicken. It had some kick but also some flavor. A must have is the crab ragoon, great appetizer! I enjoyed the eggrolls too. They seem more meaty. Everyone enjoyed all of the dishes and there were no complaints but a little left over for my lunch tomorrow.
Pros: Good variety at an excellent price! Very clean, nice people.
Cons: Interior design a little unexpected.

This is a great place to go because anytime is a great time for Pho. This is a small restaurant where Paul greets everyone who walks in the door he also remembers you even if you have only been there once before. Great place to go.

Saigon Rose is located in Lake Meridian off Kent Kangley Road (516), in what used to be the Albertson's plaza. They are a Vietnamese & Thai restaurant. They carry Pho, a wonderful beef noodle soup; great for those Northwest cold dreary days when all you want to do is curl up in a comfy chair with your blanket, next to the fireplace, and read a good book.
For other days, they carry your usual Thai favorites, Phad Thai, Swimming Angel (Rama), Larb Gai. Our favorites are the Honey Peanut Prawns, Crispy Noodle (Bird's Nest), Beef Green Beans, and combo appetizer.
For dessert, they started carrying hum bows (pork & coconut) and mango cheesecake. (Which I am eating for breakfast now, with coffee)
This restaurant is a mom & pop shop. They accept major credit cards, except American Express. This is in a plaza so the ambiance is casual and most dishes run around $9. ( http://www.saigonrose.net )

I was refered to them by one of my co-workers. I was hesitant at first bc they sit back off the road behind a couple of other businesses so I didn't expect much. I asked for local favorites, tried the Cajun chicken and avocado smoothie...I'm addicted! You get fast service, nice environment once you're in the restaurant, prices are reasonable and the food is to die for!

The prices are cheap, and the service isn't good. Pho, however, is hard to mess up. The pho here isn't the best, it's actually on the plain/watery side, but still satisfies the craving on rainy days. The red bean desert is always a treat. The environment has as much class as a fast food chain. Seattle has its share of cheap pho restaurants, and this location just fits in with the large pool of averge low priced pho.
