Terrible service. Clerk overcharged for (moldy) strawberries. Though there was a long line behind me, she held everyone up for about five minutes waiting for the produce department to confirm. Then made me go to the returns desk. While I was waiting in the second line, I discovered the clerk had kept my credit card! After I got my two bucks back, I hiked clear back to the other end of the store to retrieve my card. She merely acted annoyed, no apology, and flipped the card at me.
Caveat emptor. Never again. Outrageous.

Good: The service was excellent. Their non-pressure approach was a pleasant experience. They answered my questions fully and provided me with some excellent suggestions. I was looking at rock tumblers and felt the price competitive. It was their service and willingness to spend the extra time with a customer with questions that sold me on the product.. Bad: What's not to like? I hope to return the next time I'm in the Seattle area.. Other: I seldom take the time to fill out comments for websites, but Jerry's is one business I feel very comfortable in supporting..

Not worth the time. Owner is quite a salesman - talking up his expertise as an artisan jeweler. However the quality and value are NOT THERE.
Too bad, there is a market for locally-produced, quality jewelry for a fair price. But on these last two points, Jewelry by Hohner falls far short.
Pros: NA
Cons: poor quality / poor value / high pressure salesman
