This Hallmark has been in business for over 28 years. I've been shopping there for over 20 years. They have a great selection of the most popular artists: Jim Shore, Precious Moments, etc. Cards, ornaments, humorous gifts, frames, note cards, background music CDs can all be found here and the service is friendly.

I really enjoy visiting and shopping at American Charm in downtown Kent. They offer a beautiful and vast array of high end products including Root candles, specialty chocolates, a wonderful selection of cards, and many other desirable home decor and gift items. I enjoy each and every visit to American Charm!

I've always been greeted with a smile and have received friendly help. No matter how many customers are inside, they treat you patiently and take care of your needs. Furthermore, they've always had in stock what I was looking for, and sometimes throw in extras. Great place!

My wife and I recently used East Hill Florist for our wedding. We had another florist lined up to do our wedding, then was told they lost the paperwork and needed to reorder the flowers and it was going to cost us more. We then contacted Doris at East Hill and told her our situation and she was very helpful in expediting our rush order. The next day was the wedding and Doris stayed there until everything was laid out perfectly. Even though we made many changes she was very understanding. I would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a gift, this is the place to go -- especially if its for a woman. They have all kinds of adorable home decor, there's baby stuff and party decorations too! The location is great -- it's in a historical building in downtown Kent. If you haven't strolled around down there yet, you should check it out.

I read the first review and had to write my own to set the record straight. My name is Mollie and me and my husband Justin got married summer of last year and used Kent Floral. We live in Puyallup but decided to go with them cause my sister and her best friend used them and I loved the flowers at their wedding. We are a military couple and didnt have a lot of money to spend. We mad our own centerpieces so was just looking for bridal party flowers. I spoke to a couple other florists for comparison and they all tried to talk me into buying flowers that I didnt want and pressured me really bad. When I went to Kent Floral the girl that helped me was in her 20's liked me and we totally related. She listened to the things that I wanted and did an awesome job helping me to keep things in my budget and knew all the trendy designs. She called me several times to check in and see if I needed any help with planning and when my day did come she was there to help set up and even pined the corsages on the guys and our moms. It felt like a had a friend with me doing my flowers. I would totally recommend this florist for anyone and I've already talked my former room mate into using them for her wedding. Im not sure what happened with the first review but that doesn't sound like the girl who helped me with my wedding. So if you use them (which I highly suggest you do) ask for Lisa!!

As far as the Mark's Hallmark shops, Covington is the best. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful in finding a gift or a certain card category. They carry a wide variety of gifts that aren't hallmark products, as well as a really big selection of cards. Their selection of collectables isn't as good as others. Their Southcenter store has more of those - like precious moments and Dept 56.
