I really have enjoyed my time with Byers Chiropractic & Massage. They have a nice office and it is comforting but professional. There are a few good SURPRISES when you come inside...call and make a free consultation with the Dr. It is worth finding a natural doctor that looks for YOUR best interest.
Pros: Good Location, Nice Setting, Comforting Atmosphere
Cons: It takes a person who wants natural health and results

I went to visit Dr. Gallinger for the first time a few weeks ago. When I first walked into the office, all I could think of is, "This store is outdated," there is not even a small selection of modern eye wear. BUT, you cant judge a book by its cover...that is what I learned through this experience. Dr. Gallinger is a very caring doctor. I did my homework on which contacts I should get to properly fit an astigmatism, being that everywhere else I go they give you improperly fitted lenses. I learned that Dr. Gallinger really knows his stuff. He really cares for the health of your eyes. And unlike other doctors, that just want you in and out, and who could care less about what the patient has to say, Dr. Gallinger is very easy to talk to. I've been to him once and I feel like Ive been going to him for years. I give this doctor an honest thumbs up...Thank you Dr. Gallinger, for the fact that you've made being a patient so simple!

I went to Covington Multicare's PT department for treatment on my herniated disc (L5-S1) in my lower back. The physical therapists there were all incredible, although I recommend Keith Boyd over the rest.
It is a bit removed from Seattle, but Keith has a great focus on a combination of stretches, balance ball, weight training, and more.
I went from not being able to walk or drive to being able to with a minimum amount of pain. The pain is slowly going away, and I attribute it 100% to these PTs. I've taken next to no pain relievers (they don't work well for me) and almost no muscle relaxers (although I have had to now and again.)
