I've taken vacuum's there for repair over the years and expect to hear a sales job, but they always find an inexpensive fix and get me going! They could take advatage but they don't. My sewing machine is there now for service & repair. Only drawback - it's been there for months and I keep forgetting to go pick it up. How come they haven't called to remind me? Not tops on the follow-up. But hey, they probably figure I'll come get it when I start missing it.

I've taken vacuum's there for repair over the years and expect to hear a sales job, but they always find an inexpensive fix and get me going! They could take advatage but they don't. My sewing machine is there now for service & repair. Only drawback - it's been there for months and I keep forgetting to go pick it up. How come they haven't called to remind me? I have been in to buy parts for my sewing machine and vacuum. When I need to get a new one I will definitely go back. They are very helpful and not pushy. I like the way they take the time to explain the machines to me and are patient with my many questions even when they know I am not in the market today.

I purchased a vacuum from these guys years ago and have found that returning for supplies and service, they are hands down the best in the area. They are honest and reliable and upfront. Give them a try if you need a new vacuum or your old one serviced. They can fix anything!
