I called and they came out the same day. Very reasonable service call fee! Very friendly. Very up front about the problems and how much it would cost to fix vs. buying a new one. He even gave me a tip on where to get a new appliance at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I needed another repair done.

One weekend we noticed the temperature was rising in our refrigerator and we realized that our refrigerator was failing. After placing many calls to other appliance repair services, I called AAA Able Appliance Service and was able to get an appointment within 4 hours of my call. The repairman arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He appeared very knowledgeable and made sure to explain the problem in layman's terms so that my husband and I understood what was wrong. We had to wait until the next day for him to repair the refrigerator because the refrigerator needed to be totally defrosted. The next day he arrived promptly and got right to work. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly and professional. The cost was fair, given the nature of the repair. We were so pleased with this company that within the week we also had them come out to repair our dryer as well. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing repair of a large appliance.
