This store isn't very big so it doesn't have room for a large book selection, but it's what you have to work with if you're in Kent and want to buy a specific book new rather than browsing the 50 cent paperbacks down the street at the library book sale on weekends (which I recommend that you do). This store would have more room for books if it didn't have a room of gifts and a section for overpriced CDs. What I do like is that it has a little room of art supplies for painters, which are hard to find in the area otherwise.

This is your typical hometown supermarket on Rte & in the small town of Kent. It is boon to the people of Kent as they would otherwise have to drive 20 mins to get to their supermarket. Their produce department has a wide selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Deli is pretty good with freshly packed sandwiches and you can take out meals from here. Check out your coupon mailer for savings

I go to school in Boston and I've eaten at many Asian Restaurants ranging from Chinese, Korean, Japanese to Vietnamese, from Boston to New York. Shanghai's food is some of the best I've had in general. For instance their pork dumplings stand out to me because they are homemade, they aren't the pre-made at a factory where most restaurants get them. The food in general is never overdone or undercooked it is cooked exactly it should. I love their crab rangoon, chicken with broccoli, and sesame chicken. Its not too oily or salty, every bite is always very flavorful, writing about this now has made me hungry for them food. I guess they only think i would worry is becoming addicted :).
Pros: Really good food, some of the best
Cons: The place is small but very lovable

usually a trip herre meant bad news, like the car windshield got cracked or something like that. But the service here is good and reliable, so they make the experience tolerable. Prices are fair.

We used them this spring to do some cleanup around our garden. He was one of the cheaper ones we could find and we were very happy with the job he did. He was quick and finished it in the time he promised. Recommend him if you want to do lawn maintenance, mowing, weedwacking, stone walls, snow plowing, fall & spring cleanups, tree work gutter cleaning.

This store doesn't quite live up to its name, but it is cute and worth stopping by if you're in Kent. It is quite small, and is inside a house rather than a regular commercial space. There are different rooms for kids clothes, men's clothes, women's clothes and housewares/music. There is also a discount rack out on the front porch.

More
If you're spending a Sunday in Kent there is no better place to start than brunch at Fife 'n Drum. There is a brunch menu but you can also order å la carte. The blueberry pancake is delicious but the so-called fresh fruit isn't always so, well, fresh. A lot of the items on the menu aren't traditional breakfast fare, but it's all very good. The decor and atmosphere is pleasant.

More
I came to use the watersports. I was particularly looking forward to windsurfing which they advertised on their website. When I got there I found out that all the windsurfers were broken and they made no attempt the entire season to fix or replace them. Customer service was unresponsive and did not provide compensation for this lack of service.
I was also looking forward to wakeboarding. The problem is that they have a small lake with a ski boat that lacks the wakeboard towers and because of limited capacity I was only given a 10 minute slot each day which amounted to less than eight minutes.
Because of the ski boat the center of the lake was off limits to others which made it very difficult to sail. This was also a problem using the kayaks because the lake has a lot of disgusting weeds and the paddle keeps scooping them up.
The actual hours that the waterfront is open was also considerably less than what is posted on the sample schedule.
The cabin was small and rustic and did not have hot water most of the time. It was also cold the weekend I went. Bring a sweater and jacket if you go.
Most of the other activities were also in limited capacity. The trapeze(which was the only place I encountered friendly staff) was fun but if you want to do it you have to get in line early. The bungy trampolene was fun but only open a few hours and open to what they called staff the rest of the time it was used.
I went rock climbing, but the courses were too easy and in my opinion unsafely rigged. They also left us to get back by themselves.
In my opinion the food was good(but many others disagreed), but dinner was too late. Both nights I didn't get to eat until 9:30PM when I wasn't hungry anymore.
I do not recommend club getaway to anyone.
Pros: Lunches were good. Trapeze staff were nice.
Cons: Everything else.
