Steve's priority is customer satisfaction. He was clear when he made his recommendation on paint quality and it was reflected in the final outcome of my painting project. He also came in on schedule desptie spotty weather due to his expeditious execution whenever there was a break in the weather. Despite all this, his bid was reasonable and we did not have any problems.

Everyone I know has a story about what a nightmare their remodel was. Not us. Custom Builders was absolutely a dream to deal with. They did an entire kitchen remodel, including moving an exterior wall, and bathroom remodel in about ten weeks. The project was exactly on budget and exactly on time. Not that you could ask for anything more from a contractor, but in addition to being on time and on budget, they also made a huge effort to make sure that the construction mess was well contained so that we could continue to live in the house during construction. These guys were great!

I had a terrible experience. When they replaced my toilet after the tile installation they bend up the flange that attaches to the sewer pipe which caused it to leak into the floor for several months. I had to call a plumber out and when i tried to get them to reimburse me for the costs they never returned my calls or email. I tried both my sales person Cari and the owner Jack. No return calls or email.
