Although it's been a while since I've eaten at Up In Smoke, I can say that the BBQ being very fresh & tasty! The atmosphere is very laid back &, if you desire, there's a bar on the other side of the wall that sports a racing motif. The bar is popular with the local yuppie bikers. The only thing that kept it from receiving my 5-star rating is the apparent lack of veteran's coupons or discounts. Otherwise, it's great!

Susan the owner set up my wedding catering close to 5 years ago now. On top of helping me with several aspects of my wedding she referred me to other great wedding people who all together made my day what I really wanted. Since then she has also helped with the food for a Big 50th surprise party for my mother, a cake for my daughters first birthday and other things inbetween. I still keep an open contact with her as she is a great person. I look forward to my daughters 3rd birthday now and have plans already of her making the wonderful cake.

If you have been to Spring Creek before you will know what to expect. If not then you will not be disapointed in the food. Good BBQ in a fast service format with all the veggies and sides you can eat.
The employees at the Keller branch are courteous, entertaining and friendly. Well worth a stop if you are in the market for fast and tasty BBQ.
