My dog suddenly passed out at about 1pm. She was limp and had an altered mental status. I rushed my girl to this "hospital" and was told, "the doctor is busy today. If you want to leave her here, and the doctor can look at her sometime after 7pm. And she may not want to stay, so it may be tomorrow before she is able to look at her. We would have to charge you for an emergency visit, of course." The woman who was calling herself a vet was standing right behind this girl. I wish I was kidding about what was said. Those are the exact words that I was told. I called them a few choice words as I was exiting. If you need a vet in this area do not patronize these greedy and heartless people.?

We have been going to the doctor for a long time, and she gets worse, and worse as time goes on. It's all about packing them in. She has misdiagnosed many times over the years. She makes you feel very rushed, almost as if you feel like you are chasing her as she is running out your door. I would be surprised if she has spent more than 5 minutes with us EVER. It's all about volume. She takes advantage of the fact that she is so convenient to everyone. I know several people who have finally gotten fed up with her. She has an answer/ excuse for everything. She is very good at covering herself. So beware...if convenience is all you need..she is the one for you. But, when it comes to care, big thumbs down. The only thing besides location she has going for her is that her office staff is nice.
Pros: convenient if you live in Katy
Cons: too many to list

I have been taking my sons to CRP since they were born! I actually have switched insurances to remain a patient with them. As far as being rushed all I have ever had to do was to tell them to wait and all of my questions have been answered. It is also nice to be able to email with minor problems and know that they will be answered within a reasonable amount of time. I love the staff and appreciate that if my kids are sick they are never so overbooked that I cannot get in

Dr. Lentsch is now charging a $5 fee for each medical release form she has to sign. So, if you enroll your 3 kids in preschool, you are paying her $15 to simply sign a form. It is totally ridiculous. As far as office visits go, you are in and out in about 3 minutes. It's rush, rush. She is definitely all about the money and not the well being of her patients.

This Doctor get's worse every year and each visit, you get a glimpse of the Doctor. It's more about how much money is coming in, than patient care. My daughter was a patient of the Doctor and the one time due to insurance mishaps my daughter was refused services. Imagine a 6 year old sick, being turned away. I never met such a heartless Doctor and the refusal of treatment my daughter received was inhumane. I will be reporting to the Boards. So beware, it's all about the money, this Doctor could care less about your child. Your child is just a number, or should I say just a $ sign.
Pros: Nice Building
Cons: Bad Service, no compassion, poor bedside manners

I switched to Dr. Lentsch from a different ped office. Today was our first visit, and I have to say, it was GREAT!!
My older son (3 1/2) was terrified, and the nurse (Molina ?) was amazingly sweet and patient with him. She involved him in the exam, and asked him questions about his little brother, and questions about what he is able to do. She helped calm him down so much!
Then Dr. Lentsch came in and she was fantastic! She told them everything she was going to do, and made it fun. (IE-tickled them to check their tummies!)
My boys went from being scared/crying to happy!
What a great experience!! I am so glad I found Dr. Lentsch and her staff!!!
And lastly...there is virtually no wait in the waiting room. When we went back to the check up room, we had to wait for Dr. Lentsch for about 5 min and she was apologetic for the wait! Most pediatricians have a 15-20 min wait in the waiting room and in the check up room! We were in and out of Dr. Lentsch's office in 20 minutes!!
HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lentsch! Everyone was pleasant from checking in to checking out!

First off, I personally loved the friendly staff, nice new facility, great and wonderful practitioner nurse who's personality win any patient over. The main downfall is the main doctor. I'm a first time parent with a lot of questions that she apparently has no time for. The whole process is way too fast. Its almost as if I'm a NASSCAR driver pulling into the pit for new tires!! IN AND OUT!! Made me so nervous that I forgot the questions I had for her. I do not reccomend this doctor for first time parents. If I could compare them to my son's new doctor? Well this doctor is nowhere near as fast but she takes her time. Hey and get this...she asked me if I had any questions!!! CRP has no wait time, nice facility, but not for a first time parent..
Pros: Nice new facility, staff, no wait time, wonderful nurse pract
Cons: Not flexable, way too fast for 1st time parents, rude doctor

this place is just horrible. the staff is RUDE and the doctor is so fast i can't even catch my breath. one of the staff members asked me developmental questions for my daughter and i got so confused because she was asking them at record speed. i have been left in the exam room 3 times not knowing if we were finished with the exam or not!!! THESE ARE MY CHILDREN~MY LIFE~they do not deserve that type of treatment. the ONLY person that deserves any credit is the nurse practioner for dr. lentsch. the entire staff should learn from her. she actually cared about my children and had a smile on her face and made me feel at ease. she was truly concerned about all of my questions.
Pros: one nurse practioner has a beauftiful personality
Cons: the entire staff and doctors/rude and toooooo fast!!!!

The facility is beautiful with a wonderful, separate sitting area for sick and well children. The staff is very friendly, as well. However, the Dr. seems a bit out of touch with providing care to patients and we often felt like we were being blown off when we would try to discuss the problems our toddler was having. When we see her, she is normally in the room for about 5 minutes, if we're lucky. When we would discuss how our child was not getting better with her sinus problems, she would insist our child was just suffering from allergies EVERY TIME. After 6 months of going through countless allergy medicines and different regimens, as well as several doctor visits per month (which is COSTLY!) because our child couldn't stop coughing throughout the night EVERY NIGHT, I decided to take our child to another doctor. Come to find out our child DOES NOT have allergies. And, after 2 days of treatment, our little one has slept through the night with no sign of congestion, coughing, or sinuses ever since. A LOT of money, time away from work (which didn't seem to matter to them) and frustration was wasted taking our child here!
Pros: Minimal wait, nice facility, nice staff
Cons: Lack of quality in caring for patients
