I was not impressed with the counselor at all. I decided after my divorce to talk with a counselor and she was less than helpful. Upon meeting her the first time, I basically had to start the conversation and she was the therapist!!!! She saw me for an hour and then made another appointment. At the second appointment, she asked me the same things she asked at the first appointment. She took notes the first meeting, however, she remembered nothing I had said. She did not act like I mattered.

Had a very good experience there. Had to go in for skin graft. First time didn't work because it was donor skin. Second time my own skin but he was very determined to get the job done but get it done right. Second time around we didn't have to pay for it.
Atmosphere is nice to. Secretaries are very nice.

I am very impressed with Dr. Kaye and her staff. Over the years we have had five miniature Schnauzers, and have had very close relationships with our vets, and for years drove 40 miles to maintain good care for our four legged family members. When I moved into Kansas City and was looking for a vet, Willow Hill was strongly recommended by a close friend. Our beloved Max became very ill about a year after we started to see Dr. Kaye, and his loss was greatly lessened by the care and love he received from the staff. I will say that Dr. Kaye has very good 'animal sense' and relates to her patients on a level that many veterinarians aren't able to acheive.

I would tell you that unless you have and entire morning or entire afternoon to devote to this appointment--don't schedule with this facility.
Senerio Appt at 12:45 yesterday. I called at 11:45 to make sure all was ok for appt.
Arrived at 12:30 1:15 taken back for 10minutes max of taking pictures of eye and getting pressure and at 2:15 had to leave--not seen- to get to another appointment at 2:30 in Liberty. When we told them we had to leave for another appointment.......she said well the appointments are a minimun of 2 hours. --It was a follow up appt.
Their ???? "well, can you come back this afternoon.....obviously some people aren't aware that gas is $4.09 al gallon. Our time is also valuable Doctor.
Pros: Good Doctors if you can get to them
Cons: 2 hr wait-not seen --staff avoided us because we were unhappy with such a long wait & had another appt elsewhere that we were going to be late for.

We have been to this hospitals emergency room a few times and have had pretty good experiances with them. The nurses and doctors have been great with the little ones. The only complaint is the wait no matter what time of day is always so long. If they could only get the patients through faster it would be awsome.

The person who replied to this review is just ignorant themselves and probably haven't even been to the hospital to receive services because they have insurance seeing that they can afford plastic surgery. Truman Medical Center is a hospital that is suppose to help people not discriminate. My brother was thrown from a car and since he is over the legal age to receive medicaid he has to go to Truman. He was not only thrown from a car and bleeding he is positive for HIV. His foot was swollen, he was bruised up, he had cuts and scrapes everywhere. He sat in there from 10a-10p. In a hospital they do have wheelchairs and not once did they offer him a wheelchair while he was screaming in pain. Yes he asked and they eventually gave him one. This lady came out with a wheelchair to trade this other man for his and he asked for that and she gave him a lot of attitude. He kept on asking and finally at like 4 they gave him one and soon after that they took it away. They had no one back there getting treatment. Everybody kept getting called back for vital signs over and over again. This one dude was slumped down in a chair it looked like he was dead! They don't help people at all. I bet you everyday somebody just goes home and dies or develops some type of infection because they don't truly care. Not even pregnant women get help like they suppose to. Healthcare is suppose to be a passionate career but people are only going to school for it because they know people are needed in that area. They just do it to get by because they can't get money any other way. And so you say "Why should we complain"? Think on it!

This is a small great office. The staff is very caring and so is the doctor. There is only one doctor in this practice but they are very accommodating and he is one to stay late to fit you in if it is an emergency. I am not sure on prices as it was covered by insurance.

When I was pregnant the doctors and nurses in this office made me feel comfortable and eased my fears. My doctor seemed to anticipate most of my fears (like making sure the baby was OK by answering my most neurotic questions patiently). My voice mails were always answered in a reasonable amount of time.
