I had a baby at NKC hospital about 5 weeks ago, and had a wonderful experience from the time I walked through the door until the minute I left. When you have a baby you deal with about 20 different employees from the people that bring your food, nurses, doctors, people that empty your trash, etc and EVERY single one of them went above and beyond. In my delivery room, Dr. Bordson, Molly, Joyce, and Jamie were all amazing. In my recovery room, Barbara, Cerise, Emily, Beth, Lauren, Jackie, Cindy and Neneng who brought my food and the women that cleaned my room did an outstanding job. This was my 1st baby and everyone made it very comfortable. Not to mention both the delivery and recovery rooms are top notch, food was very tasty, and the spa room very relaxing. I want to have another baby just so I can stay at what I call the "Ritz Carlton" of North Kansas City.
