Although I have never bought cigars here, only speciality cigarettes, when I was living north of the river I found myself at Outlaw at least once a week. The staff was always extremely helpful, suggesting new brands and varieties whenever I felt like a change, and the prices were refreshingly modest in comparison to what I had grown used to paying at other places. The environment of a cigar shop can sometimes be intimidating for a woman entering on her own, but I was always warmly greeted and felt comfortable chatting with the staff and other customers. I still stop in occasionally if I happen to be in the area; one could argue that paying a dollar or two less for a pack than I normally do would be enough make the trip worthwhile, but what I really miss is the atmosphere of the place and the friendliness of its employees. Highly recommended

This is always one of the first places I hit when I'm down in the farmers market. Besides having a HUGE selection of seeds and spices, they have really cool yard nicknack's and just a lot of misc. little trinkets. It's almost like a treasure hunt, you'll never know what you're going to find. I love this neat little market. Make sure you stop by if you're ever in the farmers market!!

As a current floral designer for Tanan Floral, we pride ourselves on quality product and excellent customer service. The cooler is restocked daily with new floral arrangements. Floral preservative is used in all floral arrangements with care cards that instruct to add water daily. Packets of floral preservative are provided for cash and carry wrapped bouquets. We double check all products (flowers and plants) before they leave the store, either for delivery or cash and carry. When we recieved the complaint about the Teleflora Etched Glass arrangement with purple alstroemeria and purple roses, we gladly offered to replace the arrangement ( which is our store policy). The owner contacted her that same day and we had a new fresh arrangement ready for her to pick up the following day. It is always a concern when our customers are not completely satisfied, especially when a replacement was offered and was not picked up. As a designer I pride myself on excellence, as do the other designers and employees of Tanan Floral. We are all bewildered by the accusations in the previous review.

Halls is a cornerstone store of the Plaza and for good reason. They have the best quality mens, womens, and household goods in the KC Metro area as well as a staff to cater to your every whim. Although sometimes the staff can come off a bit snobbish, they really do know their business and can offer advice and assistance in any manner of needs.

I come from a catholic family and this is a great place to go to get good value and a great selection. I have always found great birthday, first communion etc gifts for young and old. If they don't have what you are looking for they will try their hardest to get it for you or tell you where you might find it. Great staff.
