Basicaly junk no legs came with it. Just junk. To make long story short I wanted to take it back and deliver it through their glass window. They.should be put out of business

Pros: good choices for type of store Cons: parking kinda scared wife, not sure why

I went to gaines because of the commercials. I read reviews and saw that only a slight few had problems. Well I happen to end up just like those few. I ordered a couch, loveseat, a coffee table, two end tables and two lamps. It was supposed to be delivered today 10/13. I got a call on Wed. 10/10 from Gaines letting me know my furniture did not come in as scheduled. I was furious cause it would be another 3 weeks to find out if it would ever show up. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I happened to find the exact couch in a darker shade of same color. FOR CHEAPER at Nebraska Furniture Mart. So I canceled my couch and love seat but still wanted the tables. We paid cash for those and were supposed to inspect before leaving premises. Which was fine with me, however the dock crew would only open box and not take it out for me to see completely. I am 4'11" and altho strong not that strong and the guys that stood around me WOULD NOT HELP! I could only inspect the ONE coffee table and only one side at that. I get it home and start putting it together and find a huge slice in the side of the table as well as multiple marks in the side tables. I called Gaines for an exchange and they told me too bad you should have inspected it here. I DID!!! As much as I was able on my own. This store is a disgrace and discriminators! I will never shop here again and I hope you don't either. For your own safety and money!!!! Pros: Great furniture Cons: Bad Ethics and service
