THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! They ruined a suit of mine and they refuse to return calls for weeks and weeks and weeks!!!!! If they do answer, they say they have to get info from their boss Mr. Li and then they will call back AND THEY NEVER EVER DO!!!! They kept my clothes...tried stretching, etc. Nothing works and I can't even get my clothes back! Then they just flat out say they aren't doing anything about it. They also ruined my friend's coat with NO RESPONSE and another friends blouse. They ripped a huge hole right in the back and just sewed it together! NOT EVEN ON A SEAM! And returned it to her and said nothing! She reported it and they paid her, but HOW UNBELIEVABLE to rip a 4 inch hole and just sew it together and return it to the custom er without saying anything!!! LIKE SHE WOULDN'T NOTICE!!!! They are horrible and if you use them you'd better hope they don't ruin anything because you will NEVER get satisfaction! Want to give them ZERO STARS but this website won't accept zero!

This company is terrible. My clothes come back damaged, your phone calls never ger returned. I sent back my suit because the lining had been ripped to shreds and the hem pulled out on one leg. I sent a letter demanding my clothes be fixed....this is 3 weeks ago. No phone call, no news, NOTHING!!!! I dont not recommend this company to any one under any circumstances. I work at a hotel and our guests clothes come back, IF they come back, are damaged, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I went to Plaza Ford-Ideal in Liberty with a coupon that they send you from their website. The girl at the counter was not familiar with the coupon and called another store which proceeded to tell her that I could not redeem it because I did not give it to them when I turned my items in for cleaning. My bill was $35 and I would have saved $10. I told the girl that it was not specified on the website, the email or the coupon that I had to turn it in prior to cleaning but she wouldn't listen. I've been trying to contact the main office and have yet to reach anyone after trying for more than an hour! I would NOT RECOMMEND any of their stores! Pros: They post coupons Cons: They don't let you use the coupons.

I took in a white down filled coat with a fur collar. The coat came back with yellow streaks stained on it form the chemicals. They tried to fix the stains (supposed to take 3 days) took 3 weeks. In addition they broke the front silver zipper off the coat. I then had to return it to be replaced and it was replaced with a cheap gold zipper. The level of customer service from the District Manager all the way to the President is very unprofessional and rude. They do not return calls when you leave messages and give them 3 numbers to call back. I wouldn't trust them with cleaniong a dish towel. I would use Dryel from the grocery store before I would use their services again. Overall rationg on a scale of 1 - 10 (Negative 10)!!!!!
