If you like sports at all, you MUST visit Chappell's in North Kansas City. It's a bar/grill with great food. Everything I've tried there has been great, and my husband always orders the Chappell Burger (a big, juicy burger served on an english muffin). But, even if you're not too hungry, stop in for a drink and check out the sports memorbilia. The place is packed with stuff--even in the bathrooms! Trophies, penants, balls, autographs...you name it! It can get pretty crowded at the lunch hour, so if you go for a late lunch you can enjoy your lunch and then spend some time browsing. We also love to take out of town guests here when they're visiting (especially our dads!).

Chappell's is a good place to watch a game and eat. It's fun to hang out with friends and munch while drinking beer. The food is okay, not anything extravagant. The service is okay too. It's a typical sports bar with lots of memorbila to look at while awaiting for food or service. Overall, it's a nice place to just hang out.
