I went with my daughter's 2nd grade class on their field trip to Kaleidoscope. The place is free, that is the best thing! There is so much the kids can do, such as make stickers, puzzles, paint pictures, and lots more! The atmosphere is great, there are a lot of different areas, painted in unique ways. There is free parking in a covered parking lot. All in all, it is a great place to take your kids!!

This is shopping mall that also has an outdoor ice skating rink that is really neat. The problem is that the mall doesn't have very many stores and seems a little outdated and dark. I think the mall could be so much better if they would put some money into it and bring in new stores. There are a few neat restaurants which are fun to go to. We usually go here only when we go ice skating. I would only recommend this if you want to go ice skating or maybe eat at one of the restaurants.

This is a great place to take children. This place has been here for about 25 years and is well known in the city. It is usually attended by school groups on field trips. You can also go there on your own. This is put on by Hallmark so there are all types of arts and crafts hands on activities. The kids all love it and talk about it for days afterward. There is no charge which makes this place great. This is a fun place to take your kids and make some great memories. They will have a blast.

This is not just an ordinary children's exhibit, it's one of a kind, it's hands on. The kids can create their own piece of art and even take it home. they have different environments set up for the kids to stroll through and touch everything and then create art with hallmark scrap material. This is fun for the whole family because nothing is off limit for the kids to touch.
be sure to call ahead though, some days are not open to the public e.g. when they are reserved for school visits etc.
Always a go to place for my family on a rainy afternoon!

This is part of the Hallmark company and is so much fun for the kids. It is a 60 minute session that lets the kids be creative and have a great time. There are tons of different activities that they can do. And they can take what they make home. I think this is as much fun for the parents as it is for the kids. To top it off it is all free!
