I am impressed with the quality and performance of their work. I love the fact that they are mobile and did my repair on-site. They scheduled me right away, within 24 hours. Overall, I believe there is no such thing as perfection, however, the time it took to repair, the cost involved, the ability to properly diagnose & correct the problem came pretty close to perfection. Francis is a nice guy and so was his technician David. I have since signed up for a service/maintenance plan with Cart Care and I can depend on them knowing my cart will be fixed within 24 hours if not sooner, and that alone gives me peace of mind because it makes my own business less disruptive.
