From the moment I walked in it was like a commercial. The were trying to sell me this toothbrush ( numerious times). The were friendly in a fake way. It was not a good experience. I left and found a much better place down the road.

I tried to buy carpet from Bailey's a while ago when remodeling a room. The first thing upon entering in a salesperson hovered over me and started trying to sell me carpet. Not find out what I needed, mind you, but sell me whatever it was they thought I may need (despite that they asked me no questions about what I need).
I don't like being told what I want, so I left. The attitude these people have made me so mad that I will never go back. Try somewhere else if you want a good experience.

What a cool store! They offer a wide assortment of colors and fabric in bedding and bath not to mention the kitchen section. They have everything you could imagine when fulling a new apartment or house. The selection in small appliance was great alot of the items came in a variety of colors. I was happy to see that usually it's the standard colors.

I am be into crafting so I have found this store very helpful. They have all craft materials to pick from. They have holiday items as well as crafts for holidays. They offer special coupons in the newspaper and on the internet. There bridal and fabric departments are quite large. They also offer items for the junior crafter that my daughter but enjoy.

We've tried a few different locations of this type of store, this one is the closest one for me, but I think I prefer the one in Naperville/Aurora better. It just seems to be a little bit more organized and seems to have a higher quality of merchandise to choose from. We can always find books and video tapes.
