The Honda Service center is my cars favorite place to get fixed up at. Not only is it located in a convenient place for me, but the service is top notch. The people there are great and dont push me around because I am a women getting my car fixed. Their prices are good, because fixing cars is not the only thing they do. A + service in my book.

I have moved out of Joliet some time ago, but on the rare occasion that I do, I take my car to get cleaned at Motor-Mat. It is a clothless, brush process that is gentle to the paint and then attendants hand-dry the car. They also include air freshener and vacuuming with the higher priced wash. It's a bit pricy but it is worth it. They do a great job.

I was so impressed with this guy's professionalism that I gave him my fleet business. I stumbled across this review looking for his email on line and felt I should put in my two cents. I wonder why the complainant didn't explain what service issue needed elementary and clear description, what was purchased, etc., and also wonder if the owner "Craig" was perceived by this person as treating him like he was a first grader was because in fact, he effectively is? That's not the Craig I know. This business will treat you with respect and honesty. All Techs are hired as grads from Joliet Community College as far as I know, so yes, I suppose that given the social habbits of our youth, some persnickety reviewer might use the word sleaze, though that might be a first grade descripion of any guy with a pony tail? It's the service and price we need.
Pros: Issues identified during service were noted on billing as possible service needs.
Cons: There are none. It's close to the mall so you can shop while the work is done.

Since we purchased our Saturn Vue, we'd often get the maintenance done at Saturn. Well, we had an instance where the engine light was on and had to bring it in for further inspection. The staff were friendly and most helpful by providing answers. We felt we were more educated to the problem and it hasn't arose since that incident. Very satisified!

I was very intimidated about going car shopping. I knew I wanted a VW, but did not want to go through the hassel of dealing with a pushy salesperson just to test drive a car. However, D'Arcy turned out to be just the opposite of the stereotypical car dealership! I was handed the keys and told to have a good time on my test drive. There was no pushing and no pressure! After I got back from my test drive, I was asked if I had any questions about the car. After answering my questions in a very knowledgeable way, I was handed a business card and told to let the salesperson know when I was interested in purchasing or test driving again!! Of course I went back to purchase my car a short time later! I received the best treatment possible. I have been so happy with my car and with the continued customer service I have received!
