The worst Auto Dealership that I have done business with buying a car. This dealership will make promises but will not keep their word, so make sure you get everything in writing before you sign on the line. Once they get their money from the bank, they don??????t care about you and you are treated with the most disrespect. The manager needs anger managing counseling and needs to take a customer service class. The dealership is very small and very dirty, just take a look around or use their restroom and see for yourself. I will never buy from them again. You may ask yourself why did I even consider buying from them in the first place? Your answers is -- I was pressured for another car based on my situation and now regret that I have bought from Winner Ford in Lisbon, CT. and should have went elsewhere.
