I have been a patient at the Palisade Eye Associates for over 15 years now and I am really satisfied with the level of service that I have received from the doctors and staff. The doctors have a lot of patience and LISTEN. They are very courteous and friendly.

They overbook patient slots, then go over the motions like it is a factory assembly line when you arrive. Total time with doctor < 180 seconds. Total time spent on checking what the right lens is < 60 seconds. Finally the prescription glass may be dizzy and I don't feel they are right! Oh and go back for an appointment and it will take a MONTH to get the wrong prescription sorted.

This office sucks! The office manager and her assistant are really bad and just utterly rude. They don't know what how to deal with their customer. They even give expired contact eye solution as a complimentary. Thanks but no thanks. I want to return it but why should I came back anyway. I'm not going to recommend this office to anyone even to my company where I work. In this bad economy, you better go to other eye office where you will be treated well and get your money worth.

I've been seeing Dr. Panariello and Dr. Cervenac since i was six months old (i had a blocked tear duct). I've now been seeing him for over 26 years and have never once had a bad experience. Quality eye care; savvy doctors; personalized attention. You couldnt ask for more from a doctor.

Dr. Panariello and Dr. Cervanax (a married couple running an eye care facility) are a really great choice for your eye care. I was recommended to them for a special concern I've had and really it's been a pleasure for the past few years. i recommend them to all my friends and family. Appointments are hassle free; it's a busy practice, but you can work with your schedule. Insurance and payments are hassle free. They have the most updated equipment and the staff makes you feel really comfortable, even with that horroble eye-puff exam! Thye even have other specialists coming into the office if you need them. Retinal specialists and so forth. A glasses store is connected and available for your frames and lenses.
