Whenever I need to send flowers, this is the place I call. They have a great selection of flowers and baskets. There is a greenhouse on site, so everything is truly fresh. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Last year, they worked with me a half hour on finding just the right plant to fill a beautiful and unique planter I'd received from my sister-in-law. Also, a great delivery service. They are really prompt and dependable.

You can tell that you are getting service from someone who knows what you need, and will tell you about their best deal. The people at JCMG Optical, just outside the offices of the opticians at JCMG are friendly, and if you truly ask their advice, and watch the expression on their face, you'll know what they think of your choice of frames. If you have an accident with your glasses and have to have them replaced, they'll get them as fast as they can back to you.

Show Me Yoga, run by Jan Hauser and a group of others, has to be one of the most relaxing businesses within miles of the state capitol of Missouri. It is up several flights of stairs in a building built in 1889 with no elevator, so you have to be in somewhat decent physical shape to go to the main classes. They do offer classes at the local YMCA and at times in other locations.
